BROOKLYN, N.Y. --- The LIU Brooklyn men's indoor track and field team has been voted as the favorite to retain its status as Northeast Conference champion, the league announced Wednesday afternoon when it released this year's NEC Preseason Poll.

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. --- The LIU Brooklyn men's and women's track & field teams kicked off their 2017-18 campaigns Friday evening by taking part in the Fastrack Metropolitan Season Opener at the Ocean Breeze Athletic Complex.
